BOOKING CONDITIONS & SITE RULES

  • One vehicle allowed per pitch. Additional vehicles (including boats, jet skis, camping or empty trailers etc.) must be booked in advance and will be charged per day.
  • Vehicles must be driven in a safe and courteous manner on site (5 mph speed limit).
  • Power must be set to 2kw maximum, this will avoid any issues.
  • Heating in caravans should be by LPG, not electric.
  • When attaching to electrical hook up boxes, a single cable must be used. NO adaptors at the hook-up as this breaks the socket.
  • Pitches must be kept in a clean and tidy condition.
  • Site arrival not before 2 p.m. and all sites must be vacated by 11 a.m. on the day of departure or another day’s fee will be charged.
  • The site owner reserves the right to evict without notice any caravan, tent or occupants if there is cause, such as noise, nuisance, litter etc., without refund of fees or deposit paid.
  • Every individual tent/campervan/caravan is charged as a unit. Maximum of 2 adults & 2 children per unit.
  • An additional charge will be made at the site owner’s discretion for extra large tents.
  • All vans to be sited in same direction as adjacent vans.
  • Breathable ground sheets must be used.
  • There is a 7 night minimum charge over bank holidays. During school holidays, tourers can only book for full weeks – Saturday to Saturday.
  • No refunds given for bad weather, early departure etc.
  • 25% deposit payable with booking. Remainder payable in full on arrival (If booking 3 nights or less, full payment is required).
  • Boats/jet skis/trailers must be kept in the boat park at all times. Any flushing out/cleaning must be done in the boat park area. Water point provided. Charges £5 per craft and/or £5 per tow vehicle per night, or £100 per craft and/or £100 per tow vehicle for season.
  • All rubbish should be put inside the wheelie bins near the entrance (please do RECYCLE correctly wherever possible to help us keep fees down). Separate glass bin provided. Separate paper/hard plastic/metal/tin/cardboard bin provided. Separate general waste bin for all other material.
  • No camp fires, oil flame lamps or burning of any material which results in open flame. Barbecues are welcome but must be raised off the grass using the bricks provided.
  • Due consideration must be shown to all visitors.
  • Excessive noise will not be tolerated.
  • Bad language will not be tolerated.
  • Dogs must be kept on a lead at all times. In the interest of hygiene and safety, ALL excrement must be removed immediately and dogs must be exercised off site.
  • All signs must be adhered to - they are there for a reason!
  • Parents/Guardians: Ensure you know where your children are at all times.

You are responsible for your children’s actions and we expect them to be back at your pitch by dark or 10pm at latest (which ever occurs first). Please note; you must monitor your youngsters and teenagers shower times to avoid excessive shower queues.
